Shipping policy

I.D. REQUIREMENTS - EACH SHIPPED PACKAGE WILL REQUIRE A 19+ SIGNATURE WITH ID PRESENT AT TIME OF PICKUP. This may be skipped for ease of delivery if prior arrangements are made. Please contact us to Pre-Authorize your ID. We will save for a records and this process will only be required once. 

Riverside Vape Supply currently offers shipping, local delivery and local pickup from our location.

We offer shipping with our calculated real-time shipping rates. The ID/Signature Requirement cost is built into your shipping rate. 

Processing time:

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping and will ship same or next day. Delivery tine may vary but generally takes 3-9 business days.   

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates and will inform you of delays due to demand in orders.
