All Purchases are final***.

PLEASE NOTE - Our Store/Company is not liable for products sold. Any electronic malfunction, bottle malfunction, health concerns and/or general liability is that of the product manufacturer. 
***Online orders that fail to provide Identification matching the Name of Payee for the order, and the Age provided at the age gate for the website may be considered FRAUDULANT and will not be eligible for refund. 
***Refunded Online orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee (total fee is based on total cost of order)
 
***PRE-FILLED PODS & DISPOSABLES:

If the product and package is fully unopened/sealed it may be Exchanged (in Store ONLY with receipt). Once opened, products cannot be returned or exchanged. If the product is faulty or you are not satisfied with the product, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer.

***EMPTY PODS & COILS:
 If unopened/sealed they can be Exchanged (in Store ONLY with receipt). Opened products Cannot be returned or exchanged. If the product is faulty or you are not satisfied with the product, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer.

***EJUICE
No returns or exchanges on e-juice. If the product is faulty or you are not satisfied with the product, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer. 

***HARDWARE/DEVICES:
No Returns - Exchange Only.
If your device is malfunctioning or dead on arrival (DOA) it can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. An in-person visit, video and/or video call may be required for the exchange. 
Always Keep Packaging from devices - This will have your serial number and info. required for exchanges/warranty.

*** OTHER GOODS:
No Returns. Exchange may be applicable if the product is faulty or Dead on Arrival.
